If you have received the faulty products you will have to send the product back to us via TCS. After  receiving the product we will refund your amount via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank transfer
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
No. We do not allow refund for a change of mind.
It will take 3-7 days for your order to arrive
